You set the rate
Every expert sets a USD rate per session — the price the platform shows to hosts. You can also mark yourself negotiable, in which case hosts propose a rate and you accept, decline, or counter.
The host funds the escrow
When you accept a request, the host is sent to a Flutterwave checkout and pays the agreed rate into the platform's escrow account. Nothing leaves it until the booking is marked complete.
You get paid
After the session is marked complete, the escrow is released to you in your local currency, less the 15% platform fee. Default release window is seven days post-session — most experts see funds in their account within three business days of release.
Cancellations
Either side can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations and disputes go through the editorial desk, which can release, refund, or split the escrow according to what actually happened.
