Privacy

What we keep, and why.

We keep what we need to run the platform. Auth0 stores your login. Our database stores the profile information you publish, the credentials you submit, the bookings you make, the escrow ledger of every transaction, and the messages you send inside a booking thread. That's it.

Credentials uploaded to the verification queue are stored in a private S3 bucket, encrypted at rest, and transitioned to Glacier after 90 days. They are accessible only to the editorial desk — never to other users.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. The only third parties that see any of it are Auth0 (logins), Flutterwave (payments), AWS SES (transactional emails), and our analytics provider (anonymised page views).

Your rights

Email privacy@namelesscompany.cc to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct anything, or delete your account. We respond within seven working days.
